Cooling off period
You can withdraw the order of a single service within 2 working days by notifying us before the service is carried out. If you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. Without formal notice from you, your service will commence once the cooling off period has expired.

When you book your consultation, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our existing and potential clients. In order to be respectful of our business, please make contact via telephone as soon as you know you will not be able to make your consultation. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email at least 48 hours in advance.
How to Cancel/Amend Your Consultation
If you need to cancel/amend your appointment, please call us at 0203 920 6674 between the hours of 10am - 4pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the consultation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses a consultation without cancelling. In either case, we will charge a £25 missed appointment fee.
Virtual/In-Office Business Support
Supporting you within your business is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur resulting in you having to make schedule adjustments. If you need to amend/cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 2 working days notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than two working days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services or £50, whichever is more.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a deposit to hold your service. Cancellation fees will be collected from your deposit.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Commencement of Services in the cancellation period
We will not begin the supply of a service (being part of the Services) before the end of the cancellation period unless you have made an express request for the service.
Effects of cancellation in the cancellation period
Except as set out below, if you cancel this Contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Payment for Services commenced during the cancellation period
Where a service is supplied (being part of the Service) before the end of the cancellation period in response to your written express request to do so, you must pay an amount for the supply of the service for the period for which it is supplied, ending with the time when we are informed of your decision to cancel the Contract.
This amount is in proportion to what has been supplied in comparison with the full coverage of the Contract. This amount is to be calculated on the basis of the total price agreed in the Contract or, if the total price were to be excessive, on the basis of the market value of the service that has been supplied, calculated by comparing prices for equivalent services supplied by other traders.
You will bear no cost for supply of that service, in full or in part, in this cancellation period if that service is not supplied in response to such a request.
