What is the difference between In-Office & Virtual support?


In-Office Support This is our most popular option, as it covers a variety of support needs. From start-up businesses to SMe’s. Providing information, resources and services that would not normally be available. Dependant on the service chosen, our in-office support option gives your business the close attention it deserves. Our consultant will visit your place of business, ready to carry out all services. Equipped with a company security protected laptop and all other items required, to meet your business needs. If you’d prefer our consultant to work from a computer supplied by you. We’re happy to work in whichever way is suitable to your business. At the start of your booking. Your consultant will provide you with a job description, that must be confirmed before any work is commenced. Stating which service's will be carried out during your booking and an estimated duration. Giving you the opportunity to raise any concerns. Please note - Job descriptions are confirmed once your deposit has been paid. On completion of your booking. Your consultant will summarise your job description, confirm all tasks that have been completed and produce all required documents. Virtual Support This option, is catered for businesses that don't necessarily have a business office or would prefer to have services carried virtually. Rather than attend your business premises. Your consultant will call you at the start of your booking to confirm your job description. Which must be confirmed in writing before work can commence. Your job description will state which services will be carried out during your booking and an estimated duration. This gives you the opportunity to raise any concerns you may have. Please note - Job descriptions are confirmed once your deposit has been paid. Once everything is confirmed. Your consultant will carry out any tasks you have booked. Available to you via email and telephone for the entire duration of your booking. Enabling you to give live updates on all tasks. On completion of your booking. How do I book a service?


Services can be booked both online and over the telephone. Online - Via our member portal. Once registered you'll be able to access our full list of services including prices and our simple booking system. Membership also enables you to purchse documents via our online store. From which point you'll be emailed a detailed questionaire. Providing us with all the required information to curate your document(s) Over the phone - Calling our contact number. One of our consultants are able to get you booked in on a day most convenient to you.




Do all services require a consultation?


No - Only " on-going support" options require a consultation. A consultation is required to curate our service agreement. Outling all essential information pretaining to your monthly subcription including but not limited to; - What task's will be carried out during each booking - How and when services will be carried out - The location services will be carried out - The duration of your subscription




How do I make payment?


As each booking is unique to your business. We offer a flexible payment options. How payment is taken is also dependant on how your service is booked; Services & Support Online - Full payment is taken during the checkout process. If, for any reason you require more time than which is avalible online. Please give us a call. Over the phone - A deposit of £25 or 25% of your balance ( which ever is greater) is taken to confim your booking. The remaining balance is due on completion of your booking. On-Going Support Online - Your first months payment is taken during the checkout process. If, for any reason you require more time than which is avalible online. Please give us a call. Over the phone - A deposit of £25 or 25% of your quote ( which ever is greater) is taken to confim your booking. The remaining balance is due on completion of your consultation.
