A subcontracting agreement is an agreement between a main contractor and a person or company (a subcontractor) delegating part of the main contractors work or obligations. It sets out the subcontracted services, pricing and payment, change control, i.e. procedure for any changes in the services provided and the liability limit for defaulted or defective services.
You can withdraw the order within 2 working days by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. You'll receive a full refund within 5 working days.
You can cancel a service except for any Goods which are made to your special requirements by telling us no later than 14 days after the Contract was made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without liability, except in that case, you must return to any of our business premises the Goods in undamaged condition at your expense. Then we must without delay refund to you the price for those Goods and Services which have been paid for in advance, but we can retain any separate delivery charge. This does not affect your rights when the reason for the cancellation is any defective Goods or Services. This Returns Right is different and separate from the Cancellation Rights available here.
There is a mandatory 2 working day grace period before any contract is curated.
This gives you time to update us with any changes you wish to make, before your order is completed.
Once your contract is complete, changes can only be made at an additional cost.
