Business Process Modelling
Business Process Modelling (BPM) is a combination of activities responsible for representing the processes of an enterprise, so that the current business processes may be analysed, improved, and automated.
Our objective is often to increase process speed or reduce cycle time; to increase quality; or reduce costs, such as labour, materials, scrap, or capital costs.
Business Process Modelling can be broken down into two categories:
Business Process Design, which maps out your ‘ideal’ position and models process flows and activities to support your companys blueprint.
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
Re-designs your entire process cycle, commonly performed to reduce inefficiencies, complexity or inefficient ways of working. We implement continuous improvement techniques aimed at systematically removing waste from processes, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma, form a large part of our BPM services.
